Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Indicators of the coming of Christ and His diety are throughout the Word of God. When God placed man in the garden to tend it, He gave man one special command, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." Adam and Eve, though, chose to believe and heed the voice of Satan. Man died socially, physically and spiritually. However, in the midst of issuing the consequences for disobedience, God revealed that Messiah would come both as a suffering Messiah and a conquering Messiah.
