2 Kings 13 The House of Jeshu Last week we examined YHWH's anointing of Jehu to execute His justice upon the house of Omri. Because of Jehu's faithfulness to YHWH in the destruction of the House of Ahab and the Temple of Baal, God promised Jehu that his descendants would reign to the fourth generation. However, Jehu retained other idolatrous practices in the kingdom. Today, we see the effects of not "totally" cleaning.
