* The book of Joshua - Israel's journey of faith into the Promised Land. * 13:1 "Now Joshua was old, advanced in years. And the LORD said to him: "You are old, advanced in years, and there remains very much land to be possessed."   - 23:1-2 Now it came to pass, a long time after the LORD had given rest to Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua was old, advanced in age. And Joshua called for all Israel, for their elders, for their heads, for their judges, and for their officers, and said to them: "I am old, advanced in age.   - 24:29 Now it came to pass after these things that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being one hundred and ten years old. * Over the past three weeks, we examined the southern and northern conquest of the land, which Joshua and Israel had obediently performed. * 11:18,23 "Joshua made war a long time with all those kings. ... So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the LORD had said to Moses; and Joshua gave it an inheritance to Israel according to their divisions by their tribes." * Today, we begin looking at the division of the land
